COVID-19 MESSAGE: Due to health concerns surrounding COVID-19, we are unable to accept worn items for returns.  

How do I care for my t-shirt?  HisGloryWear t-shirts can be washed in warm water and we highly recommend that t-shirts are air dried due to the professional screen printings of the design.  DO NOT iron the design, direct heat will damage the design.

What if a product I want is sold out?  If a product item is sold out, we will attempt to restock within 2-4 weeks.

How long until orders are shipped?  Orders are immediately processed and will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.

How are orders shipped? All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Note: If you desire an order to be shipped faster than USPS timeframes, please email [email protected] once you submit your purchase and specify time needed, shipping will be adjusted and additional charges will be applied for express shipping.

Does HisGloryWear sell wholesale?  Yes, we do; please email [email protected] for all inquiries.

Where is the main office of HisGloryWear?  We are located in the Raleigh Area of North Carolina. 

Does any of the profits support local, national charities or nonprofit organizations?  Yes, we actively support a local charity that assist individuals with food and college scholarships.

Does HisGloryWear offer on-site order pick up?  Unfortunately, we do not.

What if I am dissatisfied with my purchase?  We desire that all of our customers  be satisfied, but in the event there is a concern, please email [email protected] within 14 business days.  Items that are returned must be within new, unworn and clean condition. See Above for COVID-19 Message

How do I exchange an order?  Email [email protected] within 14 business days to receive instructions for exchanges or store credit. In addition, sale and clearance are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned. Note: You are responsible for the shipping charges when sending back an item for an exchange or return.
